Responsibilities:
- Building up my Partner brand in the mapped market ensuring maximum spread and depth Identification and onboarding of potential travel agent partners.
- Ensuring my Partner platform adoption by onboarded travel agents.
- Building up business partnerships to gain wallet/market share.
- Ensuring Market growth in terms of Active travel agent partners, overall transactions, and value.
- Solving travel partner queries and supporting them on operational issues.
- Keep a close watch on competition and its activities in the market.
- Onboarding & Relationship Management Penetration / Reach.
- Driving Growth Data Analysis.
Requirements:
- Self-motivated individual with a passion to own up to the market.
- Strong understanding of Sales / BD, and market/domain knowledge to implement strategic and targeted action plans to achieve goals.
- Passion to build, nurture and scale up relationships with travel partners.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical bent of mind and expertise in Microsoft Excel & Microsoft PowerPoint Open to travel extensively.
- Management Graduates from Reputed Institutes with 2 – 7 years of experience in Channel/Account Management, Business Development, or Sales Functions for Internet Platforms.
