Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Sales Manager at Bihar Ma Durga Agro Ind Pvt Ltd located in Madhubani. The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, managing a team, developing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• Sales Management, Business Development, and Customer Relationship Management skills
• Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies
• Shall be able to work on excel
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Team management and leadership abilities
• Knowledge of agriculture equipment and machinery industry
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• 1-5 years of experience in sales or related field

Role & Responsibilities:

• Maintaining item-wise sales & order register.
• Maintaining FG stocks for each item.

Lead the service team, providing feedback to the production team for quality improvements and training service personnel for enhanced field performance.

• Expand the dealer network through ongoing contact & relationship management.
• Follow up on leads generated from platforms such as IndiaMart & Facebook Ads.
