Responsibilities:
Responsible for all Packing operations excellence and dispatch planning in terms of Packing list generation, Accuracy, Interaction with Group company shipping colleagues on material readiness in the factory for dispatch, closely work with teams on all matters on the shipment plan execution.
Responsible for coordinating dispatch of goods- final packing, checking, managing logistics, and maintaining accurate records of all dispatch activities.
Supervising packing processes and maintaining all logs
Daily job planning
Raising requisitions for materials to be used
Coordinating training for packing employees
Time and resources management
Undertaking employee performance reviews
Writing and submitting reports
Receiving finished goods from the stores
Preparing dispatch note and co-ordinating dispatches
Preparing packing list and delivery notes and other documentations required
Confirming and supervising loading of goods in the track
Receiving and tracking LPOs
Submitting weekly delivery summary reports
Preparing and scheduling plan for the week
Liaising with accounts to invoice all customers as per their requirements
Maintain all delivery records
Confirm the right quantities and quality are dispatched
Establish periodic on- going communication meetings with the packing staff
Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
Maintain effective professional relationships with internal and external customers
