Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Staff position located in Patna. The Field Staff will be responsible for providing support to Airtel customers in the field and ensuring that customer issues are resolved efficiently. Other responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues, providing training to customers, and maintaining communication with customers and other Field Staff.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred
• Prior experience in customer service or technical support is beneficial
