Job Responsibilities

Achievement of Business and Revenue Objectives

  • Daily reviews With Team leaders in delivering the CAF to Activation as per the company targets
  • Interacting with Business teams daily to get their requirements in improving Tag utilization.

and Churn reduction

  • Improving of shifting efficiency by reviewing the team leaders on daily basis
  • Reduction of Gross fault Rate, Repeat, by taking up the proactive steps by clearing the faulty Tag rectification & NE rehab.
  • Improving the CSMM scores

Team Building

  • Create growth opportunities for performing team members.
  • Continuously work in co-ordination with Human Resources for strengthening his division by talent acquisition in accordance with the need of the business.
  • Ensure that customers are valued and their requirements met or exceeded consistently with business priorities.
  • Vendor management
  • Weekly reviews and evaluating on performance of vendors
  • Weekly Audits on material consumption – CAPEX and OPEX AND Process management
  • Ensure all TRAI Regulatory compliances are maintained.
  • Regular Audits and reviewing with the team leaders on NCs observed on GIS accuracy, NE maintenance, etc.
