Job Responsibilities
Achievement of Business and Revenue Objectives
- Daily reviews With Team leaders in delivering the CAF to Activation as per the company targets
- Interacting with Business teams daily to get their requirements in improving Tag utilization.
and Churn reduction
- Improving of shifting efficiency by reviewing the team leaders on daily basis
- Reduction of Gross fault Rate, Repeat, by taking up the proactive steps by clearing the faulty Tag rectification & NE rehab.
- Improving the CSMM scores
Team Building
- Create growth opportunities for performing team members.
- Continuously work in co-ordination with Human Resources for strengthening his division by talent acquisition in accordance with the need of the business.
- Ensure that customers are valued and their requirements met or exceeded consistently with business priorities.
- Vendor management
- Weekly reviews and evaluating on performance of vendors
- Weekly Audits on material consumption – CAPEX and OPEX AND Process management
- Ensure all TRAI Regulatory compliances are maintained.
- Regular Audits and reviewing with the team leaders on NCs observed on GIS accuracy, NE maintenance, etc.
