1. To ensure achievement of set targets at territory level through team management and market developments.
2. Motivate and guide Team in the field and meeting to achieve quality sales.
3. Should be able to channelise the energy in to there team of Managers (ABM) and Sales Boys (MR)
3. Should be able to provide classroom training, In-clinic detailing and Induction of new joinee.
4. Retain team members and ensure no-HQ is vacant more than 2-3 days.
5. Keep an eye on near expiry item and liquidation of stocks.
6. Identify low selling product area wise and plan strategy area wise.
7. Plan for scheme or gifts to promote sales of low selling product at different area.
8. Making Monthly visiting plan for all team members and implements it effectively by regular follow-up and discussions with team members
9. Sale analysis: Value wise and Product Wise
10. Strategic planning for growth of each SKU.
11. Maintaining relationship with distributors, appointment of distributors and settlement of claims.
12. Ensuring payment and availability of products as per sale and targets.
13. Keep in regular contact with team members and maintain healthy communication & relationship.
14. Organizing conferences and seminars for doctors and healthcare professions, and activity for prduct promotions.
15. Fulfill all requirements of his team
16. Completing monthly, quarterly and yearly sales target
17. Building relationships with Doctor and Healthcare professions
18. Market review of new products and services
19. Regular attending monthly, quarterly and yearly meeting of company
20. Keeping up to date about company products, services and schemes
21. Monitoring activities, products and services of competitors

Salary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹45,000.00 per month
