Responsible for resolving all the incidents raised in ticketing tool within stipulated time and preparing reports regarding same Age limitUpper age limit is 40 years. RemunerationConsolidated remuneration of Rs. 60,000/- per month for the 1st Year of engagement.Important Dates Application start date – 28- 02-2024Application end date – 13-03-2024 SELECTION PROCEDURE: Selection will be through a Written Test for shortlisted candidates, followed by an Interview, only for those candidates who qualify in the Written Test.

The venue for the Written Test / Interview will be intimated later.85% Marks will be allotted for the written test and 15% Marks for the interview. Candidates who pass the written test will be called for interview in the ratio of 1:5 in the order of merit in each category.
