  • Customer Engagement: Greet customers who visit the dealership, establish rapport, and understand their vehicle needs and preferences.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the vehicles available for sale, including their features, specifications, and pricing.
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct effective and engaging sales presentations to showcase the vehicles and demonstrate their unique selling points to potential buyers.
  • Test Drives: Arrange and accompany customers on test drives to help them experience the vehicle’s performance and features firsthand.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Set and strive to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the dealership management.
  • Lead Generation: Proactively reach out to potential customers through various channels, such as phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions.
  • Follow-up: Follow up with leads and potential buyers to maintain their interest, answer any queries, and encourage them to make a purchase decision.
  • Sales Negotiation: Negotiate with customers on pricing, financing options, and trade-in deals to ensure a successful sale while meeting the dealership’s profit margins.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Maintain a database of customers and prospects, ensuring regular communication to nurture relationships and encourage repeat business.
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest vehicle models, market trends, and competitor offerings to remain competitive in the marketplace.
  • Compliance and Documentation: Ensure all sales-related paperwork and documentation are completed accurately and in compliance with dealership policies and legal requirements.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Strive to provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and beyond to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Upselling and Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to upsell additional accessories, extended warranties, or service packages to customers to increase revenue.
  • Collaborate with Other Teams: Work closely with the finance and service departments to facilitate smooth transactions and address any customer concerns.
  • Training and Development: Continuously improve sales skills and knowledge through training programs provided by the dealership or vehicle manufacturers.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
