Job Description

New Business Development

Client Retention

Introduce new products and services.

Enhance existing relationship with client.

Coordinate with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs.

Business Development & Planning

  • to and consult with mid and senior level management on business trends with a view to developing new services, products, and distribution channels.
  • and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.
  • on floor training for Promoters and Merchandizers

Management and Research

  • weekly progress reports.
  • that data is accurately entered and managed within the company’s CRM or other sales management system.
  • sales targets and ensure they are met by the team.

Market Intelligent

  • of Price and marketing Activity.
  • of product performance of competition on regular basis.
  • for SWOT analysis on regular intervals.

Responsible for PDME for each territory and budget plan.

Team Building and Management
