Location:- Agra/Lucknow/Varanasi

Regional Sales Manager Responsibilities:

• Must undertake field sales/activities on a regular basis.
• Generation and conversion of sales leads to increased sales revenue.
• Preference shall be given to candidates from the Surgical (Disposable and Consumable) and medical devices industries.
• Target-based role where candidates should meet sales targets consistently, and define strategies to achieve these targets as per set deadlines.
• Should be proficient in MS Excel and Word.
• Candidate shall be willing to travel extensively.
• This is an individual contributor role.
• Maintaining of sales database and daily sales reports.
• Support marketing activities of the company including trade.
• Should develop and maintain client relations.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills
• Ability to develop and implement sales strategies
• Experience managing a sales team
• Experience in Surgical Gloves industries minimum 2 Years
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to travel and work independently

A successful candidate for this role would also possess the ability to analyze market trends, forecast sales, and provide feedback to the management team. Experience in the medical equipment industry would be an added advantage.
