Qualification – M.Sc/B.Sc
Industry – Food , Pharma , Beverages
Salary – 15 – 18k
Experience – Min 3 yrs
Location – Fathua, Bihar.
Job Profile Of Chemist:
B.Scin Food Technology, Bio-Chemistry, Biology, Microbiology, Chemistry

• Monitoring & control quality parameters at bottle washer, filling equipment, pasteurizer, bottle inspection etc.
• Analysis of product parameters and maintain standard carbonation, brix, TA, net content, crimping, Yields.
• Initiate corrective action and preventive action to minimize quality deviation in product.
• Refine & standardize startup, tank change & shut down procedure.
• Ensure compliance to Minimum Mandate of bottle washer, filler, Slice pasteurizer, CO2 in-line filter replacement.
