We have an urgent opening for the post given below in a leading FMCG/Beverages Company.
Post- ASM (2 Nos.)
Location – Patna and North Bihar.
Experience- Minimum 8 yrs.
Industry Preference: FMCG/ Beverages
Salary- 25 – 35 k+ Other Expanses. (Salary Negotiable as per right candidate)
Job Description : Area Sales Manager.

• Responsible for Primary and secondary sales of the distributor.
• Responsible to make sure that all the SO/PSR are working as per beat plan.
• Appointment of Distributor in the allotted territory as per the coverage plan.
• Maintain Inventory at Distributor as per norm.
• Achieve sales target for entire team as per ABP
• Reporting Daily Primary and Daily Secondary to the Sales Head.
• Reporting Sales Head on weekly/Monthly basis as per given format.
• Check on competitor activity and report the same to Sales Head.
• Impart on field training and in house training to all PSR/SO.
