Bandhan Skill Development Center is currently looking for Facilitator/Trainer of Micro-Finance with the proper knowledge of finance and insurance and hand on experience on micro-finance.

Purpose of the Role:

• As a trainer, you will develop and deliver training to our students.

Job Requirements:

• This role is primarily responsible for the management of people development processes and creating a learning environment across the organization
• Having knowledge about the Banking and Insurance and, Financial Planning, Capital markets etc.
• Design, develop and deliver training programs.
• Prepare and develop training material based on corporate requirements
• Chart out monthly training calendars and communicate the same to all our students. Also, to evaluate the effectiveness and identify the re-training needs
• Minimum 1.5 to 2 years of experience mandatory on Micro-Finance Sector.
• Interact with teams in scheduling training activities
• Identify functional training needs and plans, drive, deliver and manage training courses and programs
• Ensure compliance with corporate standards and procedures in training sessions

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹250,000.00 – ₹300,000.00 per year
