Location: Katihar, Muzaffarpur, Bihar

Experience: 7 – 15 years

Job Description:
1. Monitoring and supervising the business and functioning of all Banking Units (BU) in the Division.
Have to monitor at least 7 BUs per month.

2. Exploring the growth opportunities of the business, planning for future expansion, and controlling delinquencies.

3. Supervisory role for Area Managers (SBAL), and ADM (SBAL), monitoring their visit plans, report analysis, performance analysis, and coordinating monthly meetings with them.

4. Focuses on better OTR and lower the PAR of the divisions.
Have to attend the monthly preview meetings at different territories and divisions.

5. Responsible for bringing the FTD collection of SBAL loan minimum 90% for Circle.

6. Ensuring proper staff resources, recruitment, training, etc. with the help of the HR Team. Recommending suitable postings, transfers, etc.

7. Proper audit compliance of all Banking Units within the entire Division, ensuring low-risk rating for each BU.

8. Making action plans and strategies to achieve the monthly business targets.

9. Responsible for taking proper disciplinary action when required.
Consolidate and prepare different reports for the division.
