a. Overall responsibility of driving business through PSU Bank branches in the Region.
b. Driving general insurance target from Branch Banking Vertical with PSU Bank.
c. Developing new products and processes for distribution of BAGIC products in PSU Bank.
d. Cross sell G.I products to existing /new customers of Bank.
e. Regular visits to bank branches across the Region.
f. Escalation and grievances handling of Customers and Bank employees.
g. Train BAGIC team and monitor training of PSU Bank Sales Team for BAGIC products and process.
h. Mentor and monitor teams and motivate them to push hard for pushing GI.
i. Coordination with internal channels of BAGIC on products, process and roll outs.
j. Maintaining good relationship with PSU Bank Heads and teams for pushing BAGIC
