- Inter vertical coordination: Inter vertical coordination like operation, claims, UW to streamline the policy issuance, claims etc.
- Recruitment
- Recruiting frontlines (Core FOS) and keep a concerned interaction by grooming and encouraging them with earning opportunities.
- Channel Management & Market Insight
- Stay in line with channel initiatives and ensuring the same through frontline line FOS team on timely basis
- Excellent inter-personal skills and person expected to have high degree of credibility in the local market.
- Digitization: Focus on reliance to work on digital platforms.
