  • Enabling Top line and Bottom Line: –
    • Manage Distribution/Channel partner (Banca/Agency/Motor Dealer) relationships by providing enablers/Support to respective Geo team and ensuring both Topline and Bottomline targets are achieved
    • Following up and pushing Internal Stakeholders in all transactional works
    • Give Performance review as per the agreed frequency with Distribution/Channel
  • Client Relationship:
    • Relationship Management Distribution/Channel partner through periodic visit/meetings/Reviews.
    • Coordinating Engagement activities for Distribution/Channel partner
    • Analysis for Business Progression, Loss Ratio Monitoring
    • Drafting business strategy in coordination with Distribution/Channel partner & Regional Head
    • Process audit, ensure implementation of necessary changes
  • Account reconciliation and coordination
    • Ensuring monthly reconciliation of BG Float for Distribution/Channel partner wherever applicable
    • Ensuring monthly BG statement sharing for Distribution/Channel partner wherever applicable
    • Ensuring monthly IRDA payout processing for Distribution/Channel partner wherever applicable
    • Ensuring all data shared as per corporate agent compliance and guideline periodically and as an when required for Distribution/Channel partner wherever applicable
  • New Product (Onboarding):
    • Plan product as per the requirement of Distribution/Channel partner
    • Co-ordinate with U/w team for Product and Pricing
    • Support the on boarding of new branches of Banks/Dealers and ensure business generation
    • Prepare a step by step launch plan and execute the same with the support of the Channel
  • Portfolio Management:
    • Analysis for Business Progression, Loss Ratio Monitoring
    • Regular interactions with U/W and Actuary team on portfolio performance and corrections in consultation with Regional Head
    • Drafting Business strategy in coordination with Regional head in line with Channel Expectations
    • Address service and claims related issues aligned to the role
