 Job Reference JR00111818 Job Summary Assistant Manager – Credit Cards – Partner 2 Job Purpose xe2 x80 x9cThis position is open with Bajaj Finance ltd xe2 x80 x9d Plan organize and monitor SALPL sales in the assigned zones of Hyderabad and Pune through effective activity planning and execution Ensure achieve of OMC cards sales objectives Job Duties Key Responsibilities Duties and Responsibilities – PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES Accountabilities associated with the job 1 Zonal sales planning and review xef x82 xa7 Analyze and discuss the AOP targets assigned for the zones xe2 x80 x93 Hyderabad and Pune xef x82 xa7 Cascade AOP targets for SAL PL to the team RM ASM ensuring a fair distribution of targets break down the annual target to a Daily Run Rate DDR Review performance with team on a periodical business and provide course correction inputs xef x82 xa7 Review the sales performance target achievement etc on a weekly basis with Supervisor xef x82 xa7 Monitor initial zero bucket cases to support efficient collection management Oversee and provide support through team in resolution of first bounced cases by interacting with the customer 2 Sales management xef x82 xa7 Monitor the day to day sales performance including metrics such as DDR dispatch activities etc xef x82 xa7 Lead planning of activities to increase sales across the assigned locations Guide the RSM to detail out the activity plans such as corporate park activity xef x82 xa7 Make visits to corporates and IT parks to get access to the premises and potential customers Guide team to get required approvals xef x82 xa7 Oversee execution of free activities undertaken for group employees to enhance SALPL sales xef x82 xa7 Make visits to the locations to participate and oversee execution of planned activities to drive sales xef x82 xa7 Analyze and identify the low performing team members Lead discussions to identify issues impeding performance and generate ideas to resolve issues 3 OMC Cards sales Open Market Sourced for New to Bajaj customers xef x82 xa7 On a daily basis track the achievement of cards sales per PSA and drive the PSA productivity on open market sourcing xef x82 xa7 Guide the team to plan and execute corporate activities to drive the sales of OMC cards xef x82 xa7 Lead efficient usage of the corporate database to cross sell OMC cards to customers xef x82 xa7 Engage with the Product team to resolve issues related to cards payments and mis-match of number of actual customer payments vs Head Office MIS 4 Disbursement management xef x82 xa7 Review and provide rate approval for all customer cases put up by the Sales Manager based on the customer profile segment wise High Medium Low risk etc on a daily basis Put up cases beyond DoA to the Supervisor for approval xef x82 xa7 Recommend special approval cases of re-appraisal different tenures higher loan amounts etc to the National Credit Manager with appropriate mitigants xef x82 xa7 Track and monitor dispatch i e loan disbursement on the following day to ensure technical issues are efficiently resolved Coordinate with IT team as needed 5 Team management development xef x82 xa7 Participate in recruitment process to identify the right talent at various positions within the team xef x82 xa7 Establish individual performance expectations and regularly review individual performance of the team xef x82 xa7 Identify and create development opportunities for team members to enhance functional knowledge xef x82 xa7 Coach and mentor the team to better perf Required Qualifications and Experience AND KNOWLEDGE Minimum acceptable proficiency for this job which best indicates the education and or experience requirements of this job and not the incumbent Educational Qualifications a Qualifications xef x82 xa7 Post- graduation b Work Experience xef x82 xa7 Minimum 12 years of experience xef x82 xa7 Strong experience in in B2C sales in lending space
