Job Duties & Key Responsibilities
* Duties and Responsibilities – Manage and own various masters related to Vehicle RTO Garage Hospital and Branch network • Coordinate with partners for fulfilment updating and validation of masters premium rates product brochures marketing collaterals TnC documents application claim and other service related forms • Engage with multiple internal and external stakeholders like COE Legal Business teams Partners and their respective technical teams to ensure regular updating and validation of the respective masters and other product related documents on various platforms and digital properties • Conduct periodic audits to ensure zero error between partner and BFL on the mentioned areas • Monitor performance of products sourced through digital channels • Engage with Coe and digital business teams to monitor efficiency of various product campaigns • Monitor and resolution of social media and SMT escalations • Coordinate with Partner and BFL legal & compliance team for fulfilment of monthly audit requirements
Required Qualifications and Experience
* • BE , Bsc Computer Science , Strong System / Excel Skills • Experience – 2- 3 yrs
