Process- Customer loyalty (Digital Framework – Definition & Documentation)
- Collecting details for new requirement or enhancements from stakeholders
- Document creation
- Taking sign off
- Working on NPS for Banca
Renewal Support-
- Lesioning with the renewal team for new requirements
- Analyzing customer loyalty data and discuss with various stakeholders
- Align customer loyalty SHR update
- Identify products which can be used for upsell and winback
Maintaining Tracker
- Creating tracker of all requirements & Projects received for change/development.
- Maintaining tracker and matching the same with major stakeholders – Business & IT.
Product Design
- Work closely with Business on curation/carving out products on Group chassis.
- Coordinate with Business & UW for finalization of terms.
- Work with Operations for creation of relevant templates & functional test cases.
- Align development of GC/Product with IT.
- Track UAT release and aid in testing for various stakeholders.
- Monitor clearance of UAT feedbacks and position for deployment.
- Post deployment handover to Business (Loader, Process flows, etc).
Competitor analysis & Benchmarking
- Pick & analyze various products & journeys of relevant competitor.
- Benchmark the same against existing journeys of BAGIC with clear gap/feature analysis.
Explore on adopting/Bettering the same for Business handled.
