Process- Customer loyalty (Digital Framework – Definition & Documentation)

  • Collecting details for new requirement or enhancements from stakeholders
  • Document creation
  • Taking sign off
  • Working on NPS for Banca

Renewal Support-

  • Lesioning with the renewal team for new requirements
  • Analyzing customer loyalty data and discuss with various stakeholders
  • Align customer loyalty SHR update
  • Identify products which can be used for upsell and winback

Maintaining Tracker

  • Creating tracker of all requirements & Projects received for change/development.
  • Maintaining tracker and matching the same with major stakeholders – Business & IT.

Product Design

  • Work closely with Business on curation/carving out products on Group chassis.
  • Coordinate with Business & UW for finalization of terms.
  • Work with Operations for creation of relevant templates & functional test cases.
  • Align development of GC/Product with IT.
  • Track UAT release and aid in testing for various stakeholders.
  • Monitor clearance of UAT feedbacks and position for deployment.
  • Post deployment handover to Business (Loader, Process flows, etc).

Competitor analysis & Benchmarking

  • Pick & analyze various products & journeys of relevant competitor.
  • Benchmark the same against existing journeys of BAGIC with clear gap/feature analysis.
