ᄋ To develop adequate market intelligence to acquire business by establishing, positioning the BAGIC brand and growing the brand
ᄋ Excellent inter-personal skills and person expected to have high degree of credibility in the local market.
ᄋ Digitization: Online policy issuance should be promoted by way of training to IMDs and driving them for doing so.
ᄋ Identification and onboarding new channel partner
- Business planning & P&L Ownership
ᄋ Identify potential locations in assigned geographical locations & recruit right team members to develop business ( IMD recruitment , partner tie-ups ) generated from the location.
- Business strategy and planning
ᄋ Scan the market across the Banks( PSU, PSU1, Pvt and HDFC) to understand segment growth potential of each banks and its branches Geo region-wise and analyze historical performance, etc. to propose the targets for AOP for Geo
ᄋ Assigning and driving the Bank branch activation across the Region and maintaining the healthy market share across regions
