  • Product Ideation, Incubation and Execution
  • Research on market and internal insight for new product ideation, analyze how the various existing products are performing, demand of the partner and customer segmentation.
  • Propose new products or modify/customize products that aligns to NBFC’s strategy and growth drivers.
  • Do a requirement gathering with respect to discussion of new products proposals and processes in coordination with Bank Third Party Product team at the partner bank along with respective National Sales Heads of BAGIC
  • Customize products from time to time as per the requirement of the target customer segment/ or respective sub verticals of bank
  • Analyze post sales data and infer trends or insights to tweak product features as and when needed
  • Launch of products on the various bank digital platforms in coordination with internal and bank stakeholders
  • Process Automation and Integration
  • Understand the technology maturity of the verticals at Bank and recommend processes accordingly
  • Work with the COE and IT team to create links for digital issuance of the products
  • Work along with COE on BRD to design offline/ digital process, depending on the technology required by Bank
  • Manage process and integration escalations from time to time at the partner end for BAGIC processes
  • Implement process automation and refinement for all the digital journeys and LMS for telesales
  • Strategic Planning, Presentations and Data Analytics
  • Identify opportunities for new products driving growth for BAGIC and propose inputs for strategy.
  • Study how the bank channels are performing, competition performance and competition product analysis to identify new opportunities for business expansion within sub channels of bank.
  • Track and monitor projects and strategic initiatives for the channel and sub verticals during the AOP, LRP, Heads Meet, Monthly Review meetings with Bank and Country Head.
  • Regular tracking and monthly/ quarterly update on CEO Tracker & AOP projects, Board Meeting, BFS Group Exposure, Shareholders Review Meetings, etc.
  • Work on Strategy Presentations for the channel: AOP, Strategy Meeting, Annual/ Monthly Review, Heads Meet, LRP, Bank Review Meetings, Banca Townhall, HDFC Team Townhall, etc.
  • Digital Marketing and Employee Campaigns
  • Work in close coordination with BAGIC Marketing & Branding team as well as Bank’s Marketing team for monthly Customer Campaigns, Bank’s Employee Campaign, Digital Campaigns, Renewal campaign, Bank’s AAG Magazine, etc
  • Design collaterals to support campaigns to create more product awareness
  • Work closely with finance team to design, approve and end to end execute internal sales team BAGIC employee campaign for the channel (Domestic and foreign campaign each in one financial year)
  • Stakeholder Management/Collaboration
  • Meet with the product team of partner to pitch BAGIC’s product and explain benefits of BAGIC products versus competition
  • Work closely with NBFC vertical NCs and help them with HO related work.
  • Guiding the verticals and Signing off on the process flow/work flow for product sale – sourcing and issuance
  • Work closely with the IT, Ops and COE team to ensure process integration and smooth
  • Work closely with the actuarial/UW team on product development and pricing
  • Channel Manpower and Team Management
  • Spoc for the vertical for manpower management and weekly/monthly coordinate with HR lead for the vertical to get an update on manpower onboarding along with vertical heads
  • Work on AOP, RAOP, LRP Manpower requirement sheets to HR & FPNA Team
  • Guide the team on launch of new products and processes, to handle and manage the after launch queries and issues of the sales team
  • Set objectives, conduct reviews and close appraisal process for team as per timelines
  • Support team members in delivering their responsibilities in business as usual and resolve their concerns/ challenges, if any
