- Deep analysis of business reports to provide inputs on Productivity & Profitability to Verticals.
- Identify Profit Polls & Loss Pools to aid Business decisions.
- Monitor last mile & supervisor productivity on various cuts : Fresh Premium/NOP/Preferred-LoB/Renewals & highlight to verticals.
- Monitor Renewal performances & highlight Areas/Sub IMDs of concern.
- Suggest preventive & corrective actions for minimizing losses, reducing business leakage & improving productivity.
Job Description
Cross Sell & Upsell-
- Pitching to & onboarding existing partners in this regard in coordination with Vertical Heads & Key Accounts Managers.
- Build relevant products & journeys partner wise for captive customer data through analytics based approach.
- Co-create products & journeys through coordination with BAGIC & Partner Analytic teams.
- Identify upselling & cross selling opportunities in existing products & journeys – New Business & Renewals (Eg-Burglary, HPR, Increase in SI for RH, PA for health renewals).
Devise & drive cross sell & upsell online & offline campaigns partner wise/product wise.
