  • Sales Effectiveness & Analysis:
    • Address Channel/function level escalations
    • Attend Internal & External escalations including resolving queries/deliverables.
    • Analyze performance of sales team / partners & provide insights derived to business head for necessary actions.
    • Analyze loss ratio for geographies & share insights with business head for course correction
    • Analyze sales process to address blockages, enhancements for ease of doing business
  • Training & Development :
    • Plan periodical training & development programs for sales teams / partners in consultation with Regional Head
    • Coordinate with L&D and training team to design modules and schedule trainings, gather feedback to further fine tune the effectiveness of trainings conducted.
    • Publish periodical reports on trainings, participation, evaluation of participants and further suggest on enhancing training experiences.
  • Renewals & Cross Sell:
    • Coordinate with Renewals team to provide renewal register/notices proactively well in advance to all Regional Heads/Area Heads
    • LOB wise/product wise renewal performance analysis with periodical dashboard
    • Region wise/Area wise/Location wise/LOB wise/Product wise/resource wise renewal analysis, trends, improvement measures to increase overall renewal ratios
    • Analyze External relationship wise renewal reports & provide insights to business head for timely action
    • Action to retain renewals with specific renewal drives specific to channel/location/relationship
    • Develop new product combinations to cross-sell profitable products in coordination with Technical heads/UWs/Product development teams to increase bottom line & market share
  • Incentive/Campaigns:
    • Propose & build Employee & partner engagement activities to enhance productivity, profitability & market share
    • Design & develop campaigns as and when required to keep up the momentum
    • Publish campaign performance reports to various stakeholders for quick decision making.
    • Integrate/automate performance reports & live dashboards using existing tools
