- Operations: –
- Extend support to operations team spread across geographies to address operational issues faced on daily basis including policy issuance in GIOS/Tab/Maximus
- Ensure refunds are process on agreed TATA/SLA’s based on the level of approvals at each stakeholders end.
- Ensure nil PDA at any point of time by keeping track through formal process / mechanism
- Identify gaps & provide solution to arrest increase in PDAs
- Publish Region wise/Area wise/ Channel wise/ Employee wise PDA reports
- Develop STPs in coordination with respective UW channels to improve external policy issuances
- Live support to Channel partners/Channels/Internal employees on policy issuance
- Licensing & MIS:
- Coordinate to create new codes as per various categories of onboarding channel partners
- Mapping & remapping of IMD/Sub IMD/Employees to the right offices
- Support regions/area offices/bank branches in IRDAI trainings for code generation
- Publish MIS on external policy issuances.
- Support channels/functions/team members to maximum utilization of available tools to improve productivity
- Administration Support :
- Coordinate with Central admin team in setting up new offices
- Coordinate with Central admin team in providing infra support to new & existing offices
- Support regions/offices in legal documentation proces
- Manage overall vendors including P2P process and ensure timely delivery of requirement.
