- PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

- Attendance & Leave Management
- Monitor and manage capture of attendance and leave data on the HRMS system
- Review of attendance and arrears data before plugging it into payroll data
- Manage queries related to attendance pre and post pay release
- Address queries and escalations when and if needed
- Translate the revised leave and attendance policy into system changes on the HRMS platform
- Payroll
- Manage and implement the monthly payroll cycle seamlessly without errors
- Examine attendance data and all other data points on Net Pay before final payment of salary
- Ensure correct disbursement of salary along with CCA, Joining bonus, incentive, GMC, DA, recovery and refund, and any other applicable payment to the employee
- Co-ordinate with payroll team in finance for creating the employee master consolidating the above data points
- Review the employee master with salary details
- Post salary payment address any queries and doubts of employees
- Review cost allocation data and share the same with Payroll team
- Update employee payroll data with new joinee data for PF enrollment
- Provide inputs to process salary advance, leave encashment and any additional payouts monthly
- Responsible for driving the yearly activity of executing increments and bonus payouts to all employees
- Work with the SF team on automation requirements with respect to payroll
- Employee Full & Final & BVG process management
- Manage and Monitor employee full & final process to ensure the process is adhered to and TATs are being met
- Chase for requisite documents to complete the F&F process from the employees
- Work on SF to implement the new process and bring efficiency
- Monitor and review external vendor to perform the BVG process
- Follow up on due cases and coordinate with ZERs to furbish the missing documents
- Team Management
- Participate in recruitment process to identify the right talent for various positions within the department
- Establish individual performance expectations and evaluation metrics, and regularly review individual performance
- Assist team to address any escalation or resolution of queries
- MAJOR CHALLENGES

- Attendance related query management due to new process implementation on SF
- Dependency on people for closing or maintaining TAT on F&F
- Dependency on others for ensuring data availability within time for Payroll
