- 1) New Business Models for EW Motor Business:
- Enabling introduction of New programs for existing and new business partners based on new Sales Model and Products.
- Market Mapping – Retail Chain – Used Car Warranty Programs, Manufacturer’s for Extended Warranty Program
- Develop EW Business Model for Motor Dealer
- Dealer Sales Support:
2a)Training
- Facilitating to schedule EW product training (new/refresher) for partners, Channels and internal team members across the zones
- Ensure all Responses to Dealer/OEM’s are done within the agreed TAT’s
- Provide Support to Dealers with the help of Channel in terms of Process, Products & Business Training
2b)Business & Sales Support
- Conduct Business Reviews with Existing OEM’s on regular basis & Drive the Business Penetration
- Designing Program terms and rate negotiation
- Sales Agreement drafting support
2c) Partner Onboarding Support
- Ensure Account Onboarding is done within timeline
- EW Project and New initiatives Planning:
- Project planning with respect to Channel and Claim Process for New Accounts / New Models.
- Process and Platform -end to end solution for EW product
- Design & Develop Campaigns for Dealers for increasing Business Efficiency
- Participate in RFQ’s for OEM-EW Business and ensure to present BAGIC business strengths
- MIS Planning and delivery:
- For Partner
- For Internal Reviews
- For internal functions
- MAJOR CHALLENGES

- Strong Focus on Market Technologies is required as Automotive/Electronic Domain is rapidly growing in terms of technology
- Ability to resolve differences as this job involves convincing majority of stakeholders (Example, Underwriter or Actuary)

- Work Experience
- Sales: Minimum 8 Years of Total Experience out of which at least 4 Years to be spent in Automotive Industry / Ancillary (Preferably Warranty / Breakdown function)
