Process Specialist
- Lead and support development of key aspects of the continuous improvement process cycle – Program approach, methods and tools.
- Oversee and deploy continual improvement and lean six sigma methodologies, within various practice areas and business units to enable attainment of specified business objectives.
- Improve efficiency, effectiveness and tangible financial benefit in operationally complex business environment.
- Lead initiatives in a cross functional and diverse environment.
- Partner with technology experts (internal and external as needed) to align processes and systems.
- To work in co-ordination with various business /product teams /channels on projects involving customer interest.
Stakeholder Management
- Liaison with different business verticals to create a deployment plan Y-o-Y and assist with process improvement projects to optimize business processes.
- Collaborate with different functions and drive synergy for process improvement.
- Ensure targets are met using technology and lean six sigma tools.
- Engage with Business Vendors as and when required, for effective deployment, defect testing and ensure timely roll out of mistake-proof processes.
- Engage with the intermediaries to analyze the process challenges, if any, and suggest appropriate measures to maximize the customer satisfaction.
Project Management
- Facilitate groups through process mapping, root cause analysis, brainstorming, business impact assessments, gap analysis and project planning.
- Ensure that the project focuses on flexibility, agility and speed of service delivery to the end user.
- Benchmarking performance of existing customer vis-à-vis competition.
- Develop, monitor and report business process improvement / project progress against accepted standards.
- Identify the Risks involved and create a mitigation plan.
- Ensure delivery of projects taken up within stipulated timelines and signed off from various Business Unit Heads.
- Collaborate closely with business to ensure that the proposed solution is adapted.
Review and ensure new processes are captured in SOPs.
