- Research and source qualified partners across new age platform, insuretech, neo banks and digital partners for several insurance products
- Understand market nuances and where the events play within the market, at present and in the future
- Establish B2B relationships with target companies and present our value proposition, the essence of our business and the benefits our product and services offer tailored to their requirement
- Manage pipeline overall business growth through a combination of cold calling, networking, and local market sector knowledge to increase partner supply
- Onboard partners in the BAGIC system and handover to the farming team for regular management
- Should be highly granular & hands-on, with experience in business development with the new age platforms and tech partners
- Analysis and Decision Making – Identify and understand issues, problems and opportunities and develop appropriate solutions with the help of central teams
- Focus on achieving the traffic and revenue targets by targeting potential partners, most importantly tier 2 & 3 focused brands
- Responsible for converging efforts across teams (Pricing-Tech-Legal-Creative-Finance- Insider- Business Insights) for faster deployment of partnership campaigns
- Stay abreast of current conditions and trends among brands and the industry (biz focus, new product launches, etc.
- Partner and Product Integration and Alignment
- Manage target for the new partners with Planning & Budgeting
- Guide customer through various products and see if revenue enhancement can be done through new product or LOB launch with the partner
- Analysis and Decision Making – Identify and understand issues, problems and opportunities and develop appropriate solutions
- Take full ownership of project delivery through high impact teams
- End to end understanding of the management consulting and what offerings / horizontal practices will drive commercial opportunities at clients
- Providing analysis and reporting on metrics such as weekly/monthly basis by new product sell-through
- Key Partner Relations
- Create and enforce plans that will help meet the needs of Partners
- Build long-term relationships with Partners
- Work quickly to address and resolve customer issues
- Become familiar with the competition to stay ahead of them
- Encourage good customer service practices
- Create strategies and work with clients to boost their brand
- Help promote and maintain a positive company image
- Support the team by driving campaigns and recommending focus areas/ target segments and guide them to maximize revenue generated for BAGIC
