- Go-To Market Strategy
- Collaborates with internal stakeholders to create product variations to suit the client needs based on the feedback and market intelligence.
- Analyzes features of the competitor’s products, compares the performance and market appeal of the BAGIC product and formulates positioning strategies
- Collaborate with the IT/operations team to make system related changes to accommodate the variations in the existing product.
- Cross sell and upsell plans – channel and vertical wise.
- Product Enhancements
- Solicits inputs/recommendations from the marketing teams and IMDs regarding the existing products.
- Customize and share the product features on internal stakeholder recommendations/ requirement.
- Existing system evaluation and new digital platform initiative

- Driving Sales & Project Management
- Foster relationships with the key IMDs and driving the product pilots.
- Push channels/ verticals- to achieve their Budget and provide them with support they require.
- Develop a comprehensive strategy and product road map that positions BAGIC product to meet customer needs, build company revenues and outperform competitors.
- Design the product collaterals/briefs such as one pagers, value propositions, USP’s etc. for quick consumption of the IMDs or sales teams.
- Analyze product performance across all distribution channels and use learnings to drive product roadmap.
