Job Description :
- Business Planning and Strategy
- Deliver on Topline ( Premium ) Targets
- Build distribution by adding new agents and extraction from existing agents
- Recruit IRDA agents for Non Motor Business, health agents and POS agents
- Intermediaries Management
- Analyze performance of all agents and formulate strategies for activization and maximization of revenue generated by each intermediary.
- Manage agent relations and coordinate internally with various functions like operations, IT etc. to ensure efficient delivery of day to day service requirements.
- Ensure participation of all new agents in monthly on boarding program Prarambh and monthly engagement activities like Milaap
- Engage with the agents on a daily basis to resolve their queries or challenges and also to ensure they are aware of the commission payout structure.
- Deliver the assigned targets on Login Days
- Organize regular trainings for the intermediaries on products and the B-Care application so that they can have informed discussions while pitching the BAGIC products to their clients.
- Oversee branding materials sent by the central team are displayed at the business establishments of all on-boarded agents
- Digitization
- Persuade the intermediaries for external policy issuance by encouraging them to use POS application
- Oversee that all agents have customized QR codes and latest version of the B-Care application.
- Agent Development
- Monitor and drive business from agents and make sure that the upwards band movement happens on a monthly basis.
- Partnering with agents on customer visits to pitch the right product and driving them to deliver on campaigns and assigned monthly targets.

Education/Qualification:. Minimum Qualification: Any Graduate.
