Job Description

:

Growth & Development
    Driving Top Line: Achieving expected sales target on consistent basis.
    Cascading the channel’s strategy and key focus areas for the achievement of set goals.
    Renewal Ratio: Ensuring budgeted renewal ratio to be achieved by continuous follow up.

Stakeholder Management
    Engage with large IMDs in the city / region on a regular basis; share business insights, growth plans and new products / schemes in order to showcase organization credentials as well expand IMD network
    Inform superior on critical issues / concerns involving other verticals; seek support on resolution

Sales Planning
    Devise month wise strategy and weekly breakdown with the team; identify possible risks and derailers in achievement of the same; drive implementation of steps to tackle the challenges in the best possible way

Market Study & Intelligence Gathering
    To develop adequate market intelligence to acquire business by establishing, positioning the BAGIC brand and growing the brand
    Excellent inter-personal skills and person expected to have high degree of credibility in the local market.
    Digitization: Online policy issuance should be promoted by way of training to IMDs and driving them for doing so.
    Identification and onboarding new channel partner
