Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Project Manager located in Ranchi. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for following activities:

• Project implementation, right from initial planning to supervision & monitoring and completion
• Overseeing and expediting project timelines, managing logistics, and ensuring successful project delivery
• Inspection and quality control of projects
• Timely preparation submission of all kind of reports (progress, completion etc.)
• Handling MIS for the projects
• Impact study & documentation in detail
• Coordination with funding agencies
• Setting-up project offices at new project sites and building project team

Note: The job profile requires frequent travelling

Qualifications

• Experience in expediting, project management, logistics management, and inspection
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate team members to meet project goals
• Experience in sustainable development practices and rural development is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree. MBA, Agriculture or Social Work degree holders will be given preference
