Roles And Responsibilities

Distribution and Channel Expansion :

  • Oversee and manage distribution channels within the area.
  • Identify opportunities for channel expansion and develop strategies to enhance market reach.

Sales Management

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets within the assigned area.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

Retail Expansion

  • Drive retail expansion initiatives, including identifying new retail partners and overseeing the setup of new retail outlets.

Claim Management

  • Manage the end-to-end process of claim management within the area.
  • Work closely with customers, internal teams, and partners to resolve claims promptly and efficiently.

Relationship Building

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and channel partners.

Data Analysis

  • Utilize advanced MS Excel skills to analyze sales data, prepare reports, and derive actionable insights.
  • Develop and maintain detailed records of sales activities, performance metrics, and market trends.

Qualifications

  • MBA in Sales and Marketing
  • 5-6 years of experience in sales management roles, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficient in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
