Qualifications

Eligibility Criteria (Either 1 or 2 )

1(a) BE/ B. Tech and ME/M. Tech with 60% marks in the area of Computer Science and Engg. /Information Technology/ EEE/ ECE

OR

BE/ B. Tech. in Computer Science and Engg./ Information Technology/ EEE/ ECE and ME/ M. Tech. in Remote Sensing with 60% marks

OR

M.Sc. Geoinformatics with 60% marks

1(B) Scholars who are selected through National Eligibility Tests CSIR or UGC NETJRF/ NET-LS/ GATE/ INAT/ EST.

OR

The post-graduation should be done at a Nationalized institute (any NIT’s) and the admission should be through a National level examination conducted by any Central Government Departments and their Agencies and institutions such as DST,DBT, DAE, DOS, DRDO, MHRD, ICAR,ICMR, IIT, IISc, IISER, etc.

2. PG Degree in Basic Science with NET or equivalent qualification or Graduate Degree in Professional course with NET/GATE or equivalent qualification or PG Degree Professional course (ME/M.Tech.)

Desirable qualification

1. Candidates with knowledge of Image Processing (Remote sensing images)

2. Candidates with knowledge of Machine Learning and Deep Learning

3. Candidates with Knowledge of Python and MATLAB.
