We specialize in executing Green Field (New) Hospitality Projects and cover a wide range of areas in Hotel Consultancy Services. Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Chef at Aum Hospitality Consultant’s client’s hotel, located in Ranchi. The Executive Chef will be responsible for managing the kitchen staff, preparing and overseeing all menu items, creating new recipes, developing and managing budgets, and ensuring food safety and sanitation regulations are followed. Salary – INR 18-20 LPA. Deserving candidates from Bihar, UP, Jharkhand & Orissa will be preferred.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in developing and executing menus, as well as creating new recipes
  • Strong management and leadership skills, with the ability to manage a team of kitchen staff
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Ability to develop and manage budgets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or a related field
  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in a similar role
  • Experience in managing multiple food outlets within a hotel or resort is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service to guests.
  • Knowledge of regional cuisine is mandatory.
