Position: Regional Manager

Org: Leading public health NGO

Location: Jharkhand & Uttar Pradesh

Experience: 10 – 15 yrs

Qualification: MPH/ MSW

CTC: 15 – 17 LPA

Job Responsibilities

• Develop excellent relations with officials at the state NHM level and assist State Program Managers in doing the same
• Develop Regional level CB and IEC implementation plans and support

State teams in implementing the same.

• Design and assess Capacity building needs for the region and coordinate with National Team for development of CB Modules and IEC materials.
• Analyze program risks basis data and propose mitigation strategies with the state and National team.
• Conduct regular program review with internal teams and support teams in developing monthly/ quarterly / annual plans and submit to the National team

Job Requirements

• Masters degree in Public Health/ Social Sciences / Social Work
• 10 – 15 years of experience in public health program management with atleast 3 years of experience at state level or regional level
• Technologically proficient in MS Office, social media and internet applications
• Excellent verbal and written English & Hindi skills.
• Experience in advocacy, data interpretation and stakeholder management
