Position: Communication Officer

Organisation : A Leading NGO

Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate in Communication

Experience : 7+ years Communications preferably non profit

Location: Saran (Bihar)

CTC: 10-11 LPA

Key Responsibilities

• Develop an annual content calendar for stakeholder communication and align with the Brand & MarCom department.
• Create and maintain a frequency of project reports/updates/impact reports of of various program and initiatives with updates from the Programs and MIS team.
• Coordinate and create drafting of sectoral articles and various content including print, video, social media, awards & accolades.
• Report and update the Brand & MarCom team on content execution planning related to various shoots, donor & beneficiary story drafting etc.
• Coordinate with clinical team to capture inputs and prepare final copies for purpose of video shoots and article submission.
• Prepare and write content for all digital and offline assets like Website, SMS, WhatsApp message, newsletters, annual reports, news board, blogs, patient story etc.
• Prepare, update presentations to stakeholders regarding donor meets, project report updates and proactive communication to all stakeholders.
• Responsible for drafting media statements, press materials and branded content on official platforms
