- Making Outdial to customers on a daily basis and converting them into sales.
- Handle customer queries and explain about the product and offer information.
- Conversation Skills – The ability to have meaningful conversations.,
- Active Listening – Ability to pick up cues from the customer.,
- Customer service orientation & ability to adapt/respond to different types of changes.
- Strong telephonic etiquettes (verbal & active listening skills).,
- Good computer skills, able to work in MS Office.
Required Experience and Qualifications: –
- 12th+
- Language – Tamil, Gujrati, Oria, Bangali, Kanada or Telgu
- Freshers/Experienced candidates can apply.
- Candidates having experience in BPO, Insurance, D mate account, Retail Inside sales will be preferred.
- Candidates with multilingual will be preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.
