**Position:** Freelancer – Tide Account Onboarding Specialist

**Compensation:** 750 INR per Tide account successfully onboarded with an adding 500 rs if completed within 24 hours. Next-day payment guaranteed.

**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Freelancer to join our team as a Tide Account Onboarding Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating the onboarding process for new customers onto the Tide platform, an innovative and user-friendly banking solution.

**Responsibilities:**
– Act as the main point of contact for potential Tide customers during the onboarding process.
– Guide customers through the necessary steps to open a Tide account, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience.
– Answer any inquiries related to account onboarding, features, and services offered by Tide.
– Assist customers in providing the required documentation and information for successful account verification.
– Collaborate with the Tide team to address any technical issues or roadblocks encountered during the onboarding process.
– Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies to maintain the highest level of security and data protection.

**Requirements:**
– Previous experience in customer service, sales, or account onboarding is preferred but not mandatory.
– Excellent communication skills and a friendly, customer-centric approach.

**Compensation and Payment:**
Freelancers in this role will be compensated at a rate of 750 per successfully onboarded Tide account with 500 fund added. Payments will be processed and sent out the day after successful account onboarding, guaranteeing next-day payment.
