Role And Responsibilities

• Teach and train trainees in theory and practical classes as per the syllabus for Manufacturing Technology.
• Impart education in modern shop floor practices like 5S, Kaizens, 7QC tools, and TPM to enhance trainees learning.
• Conduct tests and exams leading to certification and provide placement assistance to make trainees employable.
• Co-ordinate induction program and deploy trainees to industry, as well as visit trainees at the industry after deployment.

Candidate Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (BE/BTech) with 2 to 3 years of experience or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 3 to 5 years of experience.

Required Skills

• Conversant in MS Office
• Good teaching ability
• Good communication skills
• Industry exposure is an added advantage
