Responsibilities:

– Organize and oversee career-related activities and workshops for government school students.
– Provide guidance and support to students in their career development journey.
– Collaborate with school staff and government officials to implement program objectives effectively.
– Plan and execute career fairs, seminars, and workshops.
– Maintain accurate records and reports on program activities and student progress.
– Foster partnerships with educational institutions, businesses, and community organizations to enhance student opportunities.
– Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the program and make improvements as needed.

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree in education, counseling, or a related field.
– Proven experience in program coordination or a similar role.
– Excellent organizational and project management skills.

– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Proficiency in event planning and execution.
– Knowledge of the education system and career development resources in Bihar is a plus.
