Job Title : Nursing Staff
Summary:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Nursing Staff to join our team in providing exceptional patient care. As a Nursing Staff member, you will play a vital role in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans, ensuring the well-being and recovery of our patients.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide direct nursing care to patients, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and dressing wounds
2. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans
3. Educate patients and their families about their health conditions and medications
4. Provide emotional support and reassurance to patients and their families
5. Document patient care and maintain accurate records
6. Adhere to all infection control protocols and safety standards
7. Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on nursing practices and procedures
Qualification :
GNM / B.Sc Nursing
Experience : Min 2 years.
Preference will be given to experienced candidates of Critical Care Units (NICU, CCU, ICU, Neuro ICU)
