We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Program Lead-CSR. The successful candidate will report to the COO and will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and monitoring of programs under different thematic areas. This individual will be responsible for ensuring that programs align with the organization’s goals and values and that they have a positive impact on society and the environment.
Location: Tarapur, Maharashtra
About The Organization
The organization is a prominent social arm of a leading group, dedicated to implementing multiple health and nutrition programs across 15 states in India. They focus on preventive health, providing curative services, enhancing health facilities, and promoting behavior change strategies in identified villages. Their programs are executed in close coordination with state governments, local partners, and academic institutes.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Build and nurture a culturally identifiable, high-performing team.
- Understand broad CSR strategy and its implications at the program level from the Head CSR. Implement programs according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), process guidelines, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and inputs from the Head CSR.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and execute strategic engagement plans with stakeholders.
- Program Operations: Design, implement, and codify operational plans for program scalability and help create and monitor systems for the smooth rollout of program sessions, anticipate roadblocks, and enable the team to manage them.
- Data Management & documentation: Collect, analyze, and utilize program data for continuous improvement
- Experience in scaling programs in multiple locations and managing budgets.(Managing Budget)
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field, such as Social Sciences, International Development, or Business Administration
- At least 8 years of experience in program management or related fields, preferably in the area of corporate social responsibility
- Strong knowledge of social and environmental issues, and experience working on programs related to education, health, environment, or community development
- The candidate should be willing to travel as it involves extensive fieldwork.
- The candidate should also be comfortable with 6 days of work/week.
