Position: HR Executive (Freshers)

Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates, and facilitate the selection process.
- Conduct reference checks and negotiate employment offers.
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires.
- Invoice generation
- Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
- Provide guidance and support to managers in handling employee relations matters.
- Mediate conflicts and facilitate resolution between employees.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Identify training and development needs and coordinate appropriate programs.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in compensation and benefits.
- Employee Engagement and Retention:
- Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement.
- Plan and execute employee recognition programs and events.
- Monitor employee morale and address any issues that may arise.
- Identify opportunities to improve employee retention.
- HR Policy and Compliance:
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures.
- Keep up-to-date with changes in employment legislation and update policies accordingly.
- Assist in the preparation of HR-related reports for management and stakeholders.
- Your role will involve working closely with employees at all levels, providing guidance, resolving HR-related issues, and supporting the overall HR strategy.
Requirements:
- MBA degree, Bachelor’s degree, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent internship experience).
- Strong knowledge of HR functions, policies, and procedures.
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
