Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Compliance Coordinator for our company. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with our company’s software at Paras Hospitals, Patna. The Compliance Coordinator will act as the main point of contact for hospital staff and coordinators to assist them with the usage of our app and to ensure daily uploading of OPD scans.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Serve as the main point of contact for the hospital staff and coordinators for any issues related to our company’s software
2. Ensure compliance with the software usage and make sure the hospital staff and coordinators are using our app and uploading OPD scans on a daily basis
3. Assist the hospital staff and coordinators in resolving any technical or operational issues related to our software
4. Monitor the usage of our software and provide regular updates to the management team
5. Provide training and guidance to the hospital staff and coordinators on the usage of our software
6. Work closely with the technical team to ensure the smooth functioning of the software and to address any bugs or glitches

Requirements:

1. Bachelors/Masters degree in Healthcare or Hospital Administration
2. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
3. Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical staff
4. Ability to work independently and in a team environment
5. Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
6. Familiarity with healthcare software and applications is preferred
7. The required candidate should preferably be from Patna
