Responsibilities Strategically plan and manage logistics warehouse transportation and customer services for all B2B transactions Responsible for clearing all Import and Export shipments Should be techy to solve problems Measure performance and Should have a data-oriented mindset to convert from data to actionable Direct optimize and coordinate Retail outlets Warehouse and the central logistics team Liaise and negotiate with partners Insurance Vendors and tech-related logistics vendors and identify new logistics partners Keep track of delivery times quality quantity xef xbc x8c Transport costs efficiency Payment to vendors Catalogue goods plan routes stock levels and process shipments Resolve any arising problems or complaints related to customers Insurance partners and logistics partners Supervise coach and train warehouse workforce Partner Logistics Employees and the central logistics team Meet cost productivity accuracy and timeliness targets Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements Job Type Full-time Salary xe2 x82 xb970 000 00 – xe2 x82 xb980 000 00 per month Benefits Paid time off Schedule Morning shift Supplemental pay types Yearly bonus Ability to commute relocate Dhanbad Jharkhand Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Required Education Bachelor s Required Experience Logistics 3 years Preferred Language English Preferred Shift availability Day Shift Preferred
