Job Description – Business Development Executive(Eastern UP/Bihar/Jharkhand)
Aqgromalin is a tech driven farm diversification platform enabling farmers to diversify into Animal Husbandry and Aquaculture. We work both on the upstream and downstream of the farm gate through a full stack tech solution. Farmers can order high quality inputs via our app AQAI and get it delivered to their Farm gate. Post harvest, our downstream trading platform enables farmers to exit the produce through our network of traders, retailers (butchershop and fish stalls), and exporters.
We aim to organise the world’s protein supply, while enabling farmers to diversify their income sources. Aqgromalin is a fast growing startup with a young and ambitious team, and is backed by marquee institutional investors. We are looking for:
Designation : Business Development Executives
Location : Eastern UP/Bihar/Jharkhand
The ideal candidate should be on the field for identifying new customers and closing the business with them . He/ She should be able to sustain continuous revenue generation from these customers by maintaining a good customer relationship and ensuring customer satisfaction by working in hand with all the internal team .
Key Responsibilities:
- Visiting new clients /Retailer/ wholesale market vendors and ensuring the closure of business.
- Onboarding and addition of retail seller and vendors.
- Ensuring the payment collection .
- Problem-solving for engaging and challenging projects related to field supply On-boarding.
- Learn and apply field sales techniques.
- Help develop client relationships and build trust
Requirements
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years’ prior industry-related preferred
- Good communication skills is required.
Min graduate with 2 yrs of exp in sales(Agri)
