Hands-on experience in the complete US recruitment life cycle. Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment process across various IT Technologies. Experience in recruiting, US Citizens, GC’s, OPT and EAD consultants. Proficient in the use of Job Boards like Careerbuilder, Dice, Monster and Techfetch. Proficient in the use of networking sites like Linked In, Twitter, etc. and Google AIRS searches. Proficient in Salary/Hourly Rate negotiations Proficient in different Tax Terms Like W2, 1099, C2C and INC. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.
