As a Distributor City Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving ApnaKlub’s Distributor Program within a designated city or region. Your primary goal will be to onboard, develop and grow Distributors for ApnaKlub’s own range of brands (Glenzo, Apna Shine, Nutphat, etc). You will lead a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, support, and motivation to ensure their success in generating revenue and expanding the company’s market presence.
Locations – Raipur, Ranchi, Muzaffarpur, Agra, Bareilly, Bhopal
Key Responsibilities
Note- Only FMCG Channel Sales experience required
- Identify, and pitch ApnaKlub’s Bharatvam Distributor program to potential Distributors
- Successfully onboard new Distributors to achieve monthly and yearly revenue from Offline Distribution channel
- Leading and mentoring a dynamic team of Sales Officers/Executives and liaison with Warehouse operations staff to ensure timely order fulfilment
- Maximise sales and service performance and operational productivity in conjunction with the business managers
- Utilizing data analytics to make informed decisions, analyze market trends, and identify opportunities for growth.
- Building and nurturing strong relationships with Distribution partners
Qualifications / Experience Required
- Graduate, MBA or equivalent preferred.
- General Trade / Distribution experience of 8+ years; experience working with an emerging brand will be bonus
- Team Management of more than 10 SOs / Blue collar workforce
- 50% monthly travel expected to GTM locations
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, preferably in an FMCG or technology-driven environment.
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing and developing high-performing sales teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers and colleagues.
- Strategic thinker with analytical skills and a results-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in Excel and a flair for data analytics.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel within the designated city or region as required.
